𝑾𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂 𝒎𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 from the Department of Hotel Management at the Institute of Hospitality, Management & Sciences – IHMS, Kotdwar. On 15th May 2023, our talented students and faculty created history again by crafting an astounding 251 𝑫𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑻𝒚𝒑𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑴𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏 𝒂𝒏 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝒇𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 1 𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 30 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒔. 
Under the expert guidance of Mr. Sunil Kumar Panwar, Director Academics, 13 students and 2 faculty members showcased their exceptional skills and creativity in the preparation of these exquisite mocktails. The event, held at IHMS Kotdwar, was graced by distinguished personalities from the hospitality industry. We were honored to have Mr. Vinod Patra, HR Manager, as the Chief Guest, and Mr. Anshul Sharma, Training Manager, as the Guest of Honor.
The presence of these industry luminaries added prestige to this remarkable occasion, along with the attendance of two Gazetted Officers. 
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to 𝐀𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 18 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧 for their invaluable support, which played a vital role in the success of this event. Their generosity and collaboration contributed significantly to the accomplishment of this remarkable feat.
