Fee Refund Policy

In compliance with the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in its 580th meeting held on 15th May 2024, our institute hereby adopts the Fee Refund Policy for the academic session 2024–25 and beyond, as stated below:

  1. Full Fee Refund (with deduction of up to ₹1000 as processing fee) will be provided for all admissions cancelled or migrated on or before 30th September 2024.
  2. For cancellations made between 1st October and 31st October 2024, a refund will be processed after deducting ₹1000 as the processing charge.
  3. For admission schedules extending beyond 31st October 2024, the refund shall follow the UGC’s earlier policy (October 2018), which is outlined below:

These rules shall apply to all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) recognized by UGC under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, including affiliated and deemed universities. Below attached document is the notification received from UGC.
