Undergraduate Courses Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for our undergraduate courses, applicants must have completed their 10+2 education with a minimum of 50% marks. We believe in providing equal opportunities to all, and candidates meeting this criterion are encouraged to apply.

Masters Course (MBA) Eligibility Criteria:

For those aspiring to pursue our master’s program in Business Administration (MBA), the eligibility criteria include a 10+2+3 education with a minimum of 50% marks. This program is designed to enhance leadership and managerial skills, empowering students to thrive in the dynamic business world.

Application Submission:

For the registration, students have two options: Online Application Process and Offline Application Process. In the online process, students can fill the application form available on our website www.ihms.ac.in. Once the form is submitted online, the remaining process will be carried out at our campus. Alternatively, students can choose the offline option and fill the registration form directly at the institute.

Entrance Exams and Interviews:

Depending on the program you are applying for, you may be required to appear for entrance exams or undergo interviews. These assessments help us assess your aptitude, knowledge, and potential to succeed in your chosen field. Be prepared to showcase your skills and passion during these evaluation stages.

Documents required at the time of Registration

Mark sheet of class X in Original and photocopy (Self-attested).
Mark sheet of class XII in original and photocopy (Self-attested).-except CHM Programme
If the board result is declared and uploaded on the official website but the original mark sheet is not released by the concerned Board then a computerized mark sheet (self attested) obtained from the official website is acceptable.
Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate
Aadhar card (Self-attested).
Four Coloured Photographs (passport size)

At the time of admission, the candidate will have to submit the photocopies of all the necessary documents as well as the originals so that they can be matched, otherwise his/her admission will not be considered as confirmed.
Only the University Grant Commission (UGC) approved boards students’ will be eligible to take admission in the IHMS Programmes
Classes are started in every session for new aspirants from the month of August, so it will be mandatory for the student to deposit tuition fee at the time of registration itself. Current UGC norms will be followed if the fee has to be refunded.
If any error/fraud is found in the student's documents later while studying and the university does not permit, no fee will be refunded to the studen
It will be mandatory for the student to deposit the entire semester fee in advance before the start of the semester.
Whatever scholarship or discount policy has been finalized at the time of admission will be valid; no policy change can be done in between.
The college will not provide any kind of government scholarship. Only assistance and documentations help will be provided. The student will have to deposit full fee. Any external scholarship will be credited directly to the student's account and no student will be allowed to give the institute's account number for that purpose without permission of the higher authority.
75% attendance will be mandatory for the student to appear in internal and external examinations.
The student's mark sheet and degree are sent to the institute by post by HNB Garhwal Central University, As soon as they are received by the institute the same will be will post or handover to the students.
The Institute shall be open to all persons irrespective of gender caste, creed, religion race or class, and it shall not be lawful for the institute to adopt or impose on any person, any test whatsoever of religious belief or profession in order to entitle him/her to be admitted as a student in the institute or to graduate thereat or to enjoy or exercise any privilege.
The Institute shall maintain an all- India character and high standards of teaching and research and shall provide merit based admission in a fair and transparent manner. The merit of a student will be strictly determined through a common national level entrance examination conducted by the HNB Garhwal Central University either individually or jointly.
Admission in the Institute shall be open to Indian citizens, Non-Resident Indians. However, the institute shall also admit foreign students as per the Government of India, HNB Garhwal University and State Government guidelines. Provided that titles, eligibility criteria and duration of Degree programs shall be strictly followed as per the specifications of degrees prescribed in UGC Regulations and HNB Garhwal Central University. Provided further that lateral entry shall be allowed only as per the provisions of regulations of regulatory bodies, as may be applicable to a program. Provided further that equivalence for entry level eligibility shall be decided as per Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for foreign students. Provided further that no students passing eligibility examination from unrecognized Board or unrecognized University shall be allowed admission or grant of degree by the University.
All foreign nationals with foreign qualifications are required to submit the Equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with the application form.
Where admissions are to be given by an agency determined by State or Central Government, the institute shall follow the norms and procedure prescribed for such admission
The Institute where necessary, may also consider score/merit in Entrance Tests conducted by any other State level /National level agency appointed by the relevant government for admission.

ADMISSIONS

The admission and enrolment in the programmes of the various department of the institute including reservation of seats shall be in accordance with the procedure and policy laid down in the Ordinances of the University.
Admissions to various programs of the institute shall be made strictly on the basis of Central University Common Entrance Test.
Merit for admission to various programs of the institute may be determined either on the basis of marks or grade obtained in the qualifying examination and achievements in cocurricular and extra-curricular activities or on the basis of marks or grade obtained in the entrance test conducted by Central University. However, admission in professional and technical programs shall be made through common entrance test only.
The number of seats including enhancement or alteration thereof in different programs of various Departments institute shall be fixed by the central University.
The University will adhere to the criteria of reservation in admission as per the policy of the State Government.
