Glad to Announce that the Institute of Hospitality, Management and Sciences created a new history by preparing 301 dishes from different states (Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Pauri Garhwal, Kumaon Garhwal, Uttar Pradesh etc.)   in one thali (7 Ft. in diameter). 49 students and 8 teachers played an important role in making these different types of dishes within 2 hours and 15 minutes. This will prove to be a milestone for Kotdwar city also. Chief guest Chef Sudhir Sibal, guest of honor Mr. Nazeer Ahmad (Country Inn and Suites by Radisson, Sahibabad, and special invitees (Gazetted Officer- Principal-KV Lansdowne, Principal-Arya Kanya Inter College, Principals -GIC Kotdwar) encouraged everyone with applause and called this thali a great invention. Thanks to “Amashaa Masala and Khugsal Ji” for your support to make this event successful.
