The Student Welfare Committee of Institute of Hospitality, Management & Sciences (IHMS, Kotdwar), supported by the NSS Unit, successfully organized an impactful workshop on Female Health, Hygiene & Sanitation at GGIC Lalpani, Kotdwar on 13th September 2025.

🔹 Ms. Sapna Rauthan – Assistant Professor, Department of Hotel Management

The session focused on spreading awareness about personal hygiene, menstrual health, and sanitation practices, empowering young girls with the knowledge to stay healthy and confident. 💡🌿

🙌 The interactive discussions and Q&A made the workshop more engaging, as students openly shared their queries and received practical, science-based guidance.
