Awareness Through Education – Menstrual Hygiene Workshop at IHMS Kotdwar
22Aug 2025🌸💡 Awareness Through Education – Menstrual Hygiene Workshop at IHMS Kotdwar 💡🌸
The Student Welfare Committee of Institute of Hospitality, Management & Sciences (IHMS, Kotdwar), with the support of the Globalhunt Foundation, successfully conducted a two-day workshop on “Menstrual Hygiene.”
The session was led by Ms. Chitra Jalal from Globalhunt Foundation, who engaged with our students on the vital topics of menstrual health, hygiene practices, and breaking societal taboos. 🗣️✨
What made the workshop even more impactful was the open and interactive Q&A, where students confidently raised queries and received practical, science-based guidance. 🙌📚
Such initiatives reinforce IHMS Kotdwar’s commitment to student wellness, awareness, and holistic education—empowering young minds to embrace knowledge without hesitation. 🌿
