In accordance With the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the Internal Committee (IC) is constituted at IHMS to provide a safe and secure working and learning environment for women. The committee ensures gender sensitization, awareness, and fair grievance redressal related to sexual harassment.
The Anti-Ragging Committee is constituted as per the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009. The committee aims to eliminate ragging in all its forms and promote a healthy, safe, and student-friendly environment on campus. Any act of ragging will be dealt with strictly under institutional and legal frameworks.
The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) is constituted to address and resolve complaints and grievances raised by students related to academic, administrative, or infrastructural matters. The committee works to create a responsive and accountable mechanism that upholds transparency, fairness, and timely redressal of student concerns in line with UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023.
The R TI Committee is responsible for ensuring transparency and accountability within the institution by addressing queries under the Right to Information Act, 2005. The committee facilitates timely response to applicants and maintains proper documentation and compliance with statutory provisions.
The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is constituted to ensure a safe, secure, and gender-sensitive environment for all female employees and students of the institution. The committee will address complaints related to sexual harassment and take necessary actions as per the guidelines ofthe UGC.
